- 2 tbsp. fresh grated ginger root
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/3 c. sherry
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a shallow dish until mixed well. Add steaks and marinate for at least 4 hours before grilling.
